Welcome one and all! Time for show and tell!

Everyone is publishing books about our studios, well, maybe not ours. Theirs. The elite artists. I want to see what is in the studios of the little people. You and me. Me and you. What I find missing in most of these articles is content. I want to know "What's in your drawers?" Looking at the studios is just a teaser. Show me what you have in your drawers.

So, show me what's in your drawers! Email me your pics and blurb to What's in your Drawers?
So take my polls, please leave some comments send me some pics... I'll post pics of some of my collections and hope you will send some of yours also.

  5. Great idea! Of course my stuff refuses to stay put in the drawers, so I would have to put everything away before I take pictures. How about "What's spread out all over every flat surface in your house?" :D

  6. Good point Vintagepix! Someone else emailed that same thought! We'll work that one in.

So then, just fix up one or two drawers for us. Come on now,,,,What's (supposed to be) in your drawers? Maybe that's what I should have called this!

I'm adding some cute pics to my blog http://backinthedaymemories.blogspot.com
right this very moment. You'll have to look in a few!

  8. Oh JerseyTjej! I did some estate work for a family and this was my find of the century. This was handmade to house cigar boxes! It was super duper heavy to move into my playroom! Most all of the cigar boxes are marked 5 and 6 cents. The original owner used it to store nuts and bolts!

I don't think you can see in the picture, but I added dice to use as pulls.

    It was a find!

  17. I do love your "Find of the century". I could probably fill that up 10 times over even if I never bought another thing again.

  18. Tell me about it. It only holds about 1% (and that may be way too generous) of my goodies. Literally. It's very scarey how much stuff I have. That we all have.
